In court

ProbateReform.org is a grassroots movement that is affiliated with The Center for Trauma.  The mission of ProbateReform.org is to draft and strongly advocate for legislation to be introduced which redefines our family court system to start seeing children as people, not property.

At the moment, ProbateReform.org was created June 2023 and has one Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Daniel Carr, and someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Daniel Carr has a G.E.D. and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University and has owned and ran a private practice treating domestic abuse, trauma, OCD, and suicidal teenagers.  Daniel also worked in various Emergency Mental Health Crisis centers and is familiar with intricacies of the system, and the routine failures of probate and DCF.  Daniel is currently the owner and clinical director at The Center for PTSD and practices at both The Center for PTSD and Core Healing Therapy.

Daniel was honored to sit with the team at the Not For Sale Campaign in June 2011, at just 22 years old, and contribute while the team wrote and passed the first Human Trafficking Law in the State of Massachusetts.  Daniel has also worked with organizations like the Human Rights Campaign (pre controversy), amongst others, to take direct action and effect change for those impacted by social injustice.

Daniel is committed to making these laws to change the probate system, but does need help from the community to ensure that these issues are heard.

MISUNDERSTOOD BY PROBATE COURTS OR DCF?

Bring truth and justice to ongoing inhumane treatment of citizens of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts by it's very own public institutions.
